OKAY. So if there is one thing that almost everyone loves it's a good pizza. There are so many endless topping and sauce combinations, as well as different crusts which guarantees anyone can choose something to enjoy. However, eating the same greasy “fast food” style pizza can get old fast. Don't get me wrong, I love a good dominos pizza every now and again, but sometimes you want something that seems a little more “real” if that makes sense. A big problem for me after going gluten free was finding a pizza that fit my dietary need as well as something that still was delicious and didn't crumble when you picked it up or tried taking a bite out of it. Me and my friend had tried countless restaurants and pizza places, and the majority of them were just fine if anything. After being introduced by my friend Grace to a place called Detellos, my search for a place with all around good pizza (including one with a yummy gluten free pizza) was over. When we got there I ordered a plain old pepperoni pizza, but it was anything but plain. The crust was the perfect consistency and was topped with dozens of pepperonis and mounds of cheese. It was hard to not try and finish the entire pizza alone because it was that good. This place has the perfect “comfort” pizza, and is definitely a place to check out when you're in the mood for delicious and large amounts of pizza and pastas!
Thanks for following, foodies! Until next time!
