One of my all time favorite breakfasts has to be avocado toast. Avocados give me so much energy, plus they're a healthy fat! My favorite way to enjoy is with two hard boiled eggs on top. Add a little salt and pepper, and voila, your perfect avocado toast! Not only is this a quick breakfast that takes no more than five minutes to make, but it also tastes delicious!!
